We begin with high quality Indian pulses that are carefully cleaned, sorted and dehulled to ensure maximum purity before processing begins.

The pulses are milled slowly and naturally. There is no heat, no pressure and no moisture that could damage nutrients or alter taste.

Air Classification Technology
Using controlled air flow, the protein and starch are separated with precision. There are no chemicals, no solvents, no enzymes and no water used at any stage.
